Purely Smoked Acquisition Corp. (PSAC) is a “special purpose company” created to use public capitalization that will financially support the start-up and growth operations of its licensed, corporate affiliate, Purely Smoked Kitchens, Inc. (PSK).
PSAC is providing financing to establish mass-production of purely wood-smoked meat, poultry and fish that will be sold through the innovative foodservice brand operations of PSK. PSAC is to become publicly traded during Q1/2026 and will be the liquidity vehicle for PSK’s lucrative, future exit strategy for the benefits of both PSAC and PPB investors.
